To build real teaching confidence and calm leadership in a supportive learning environment.

A spacious, structured approach creates room for confidence — not pressure.

Every freediver begins from a different place — experience, confidence, timing.

Here, the instructor pathway adapts to you — not the other way around.

From Freediver to Instructor — One Step at a Time

Every great instructor was once a beginner. These four learning pillars will guide your growth.

Teaching Foundations & Instructor Mindset

Learn how to structure lessons, explain concepts clearly, and support different learning styles. You’ll develop your instructor presence, communication, and the ability to create a calm, safe learning environment that helps students grow — not feel rushed.

“Expect real feedback, shared laughter, and supportive training — learning doesn’t need to feel serious to be meaningful.”

Confined Water — Teaching & Safety Skills

In the pool, you’ll practice demonstrating skills, supervising students, and managing safety with clarity and confidence. You’ll refine timing, feedback, communication, and technical precision — all while staying aware of student behavior and emotional responses.

A calm, structured space to practice teaching, refine demonstrations, and build confidence in your instructor presence.

Open Water — Real Teaching & Rescue Mastery

Now the experience becomes real. You’ll lead depth sessions, guide student progress, and refine rescue scenarios until they feel natural and automatic. The focus is on clarity, calm safety management, and steady, structured coaching — not pushing limits.

“Expect high-fives, breakthroughs, and moments where you realize: ‘I can actually do this.”

Teaching Assessments & Certification

Once you’re confident, we move into evaluations: teaching simulations, confined + open water exams, theory assessments, and professional conduct standards. The goal isn’t just passing—it’s becoming a capable, trustworthy instructor ready to teach safely anywhere in the world.

“The goal isn’t perfection — it’s becoming a safe, confident instructor who can teach anywhere in the world.”
