Why this structure works
Most instructor candidates struggle with equalization, consistency, and real teaching experience.

Completing the theory before arrival improves how you learn — not just how the course is scheduled.
Your time in Dahab is focused on teaching practice, feedback, and application while your energy is still high.

Meet your instructor
I’m Klaus — AIDA Instructor Trainer based in Dahab.
My approach is built around clear progression, repetition, and direct, timely feedback.
You build the skills step by step, and learn how to teach them with clarity.
Equalization is a central part of the training — both in your own diving and in how you guide your students.
The goal is simple: you leave ready to teach with confidence.
What you will learn to do as an instructor
During the course, you don’t just go through the material — you learn how to work with students during pool and open water sessions.
What you’ll learn to do
- Explain techniques clearly to different students
- Demonstrate skills and correct mistakes effectively
- Identify equalization problems and guide solutions
- Give precise, timely feedback during sessions
- Adapt your teaching to each individual student
A structured pathway — before, during, and beyond the course
Each phase has a clear role: prepare, apply, and refine your teaching ability step by step.
